What are the supporting documents to appeal a chargeback?

  • Docusign agreement signed copy by the customer.
  • Snapshot of Customer Satisfaction email received to Merchant’s inbox/ email.
  • Voice log confirming that customer has given authorization to debit his bank account and the customer is happy with the services you offered.
  • Id proof of the customer which has the complete name of the customer.
  • Copy from Front of the card used for transaction (Customer can mask middle 8 digit)
  • Shipment proof, if any physical item was shipped to the customer
  • Order invoice displaying the product purchased by the customer.
  • Any other supporting documents or email to help your answer about above points
